MOOSE RULES
MOOSE COLOUR can only be carried out after a colour sensitivity test is applied 48 hours prior to service & cannot be carried out on children under the age of 16.
Some MOOSE services require a deposit to secure booking.
48 hour cancellation required on all MOOSE Services.
We reserve the right to amend prices at our sole discretion and the price(s) listed should act as a guide only.
It is not always possible to quote without a full analysis of your hair, so a complimentary consultation will be required before booking.
APPOINTMENTS are not always necessary, however we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
We need to carry out a Allergy Alert Test (ATT) 48 hours prior to all MOOSE COLOURING services. Our clients safety and wellbeing is our main priority.
We cannot apply colour to children under the age of 16.
Bespoke colour and corrective colour prices are based on consultation and some MOOSE colouring services will require a deposit to secure your booking.
We will confirm all appointments prior to arrival. Please make sure your contact details are correct and our reception team are updated with any changes.
At MOOSE, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of appointments, however our bookings are highly subscribed too and we kindly ask that if your are unable to make it to your appointment, you contact the salon ASAP. We do ask that you do your best to give us 48 hour notice otherwise a surcharge of the total bill may be charged.
